GUIDELINES FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPERS

§ Make reservations by signing book in Narthex or e-mail Melanie Bailey at melanie.bailey@knology.net. Please no phone calls.

§ Reservations and cancellations are to be made by 12 noon on the Monday prior to Wednesday.

We know things happen, so please remember to call and cancel your reservations if your plans change.  If you are a no show, St. Mary's still has to pay for the meals you reserved.  Thank you for helping us be good stewards of our money.

§ If you arrive without a reservation, you will be asked to wait until we know there is enough food for those who have made reservations

§ If you arrive after 7 pm, take out is available.

§ Please watch your children! It can be distracting and dangerous for children to run around the gym and cafeteria. We ask that all parents be aware of where their children are and what the children are doing.

    Adult prices $6.00

                    Children 5-12 years - $3.50

                    Children Under 5 years - FREE

                    Family Max $20.00   (the $20.00 family price includes only those who live in your house.  If other family members attend, please pay for them separately.
