"Grow closer to Christ through service in our community"
The Augusta Young Adult Ministry is a ministry of the Catholic parishes in the Augusta deanery for our
young adult (ages 18 - 35) population. This ministry includes many different events, programs, trips, and
retreats under a single unified structure: Augusta YAM. Over the past year & a half, the Augusta YAM has
built a community of young adults interested in growing in faith together, and continues to provide different
opportunities to build friendships, have fun, explore and nurture spiritualities, and grow closer to Christ
through service in our community. Augusta YAM’s signature meeting, Spirit & Truth, takes place at St. Mary on
the Hill every week.
