Children’s Liturgy of the Word is for children in Kindergarten through second grade who have not received their First Communion. During the Liturgy of the Word, children gather in the Parish Hall to hear an age-appropriate proclamation of the scriptures and participate in an interactive homily. They then rejoin their parents in the Church for the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Adult volunteers are needed to help supervise the children and to present the scriptures.
