Reservations need to be made by NOON THURSDAY, MAY 5, 2011. Make reservations by signing the book in Narthex or e-mail mary.bowles@knology.net.
Please no phone calls.
*We know things happen, so please remember to call and cancel your reservations if your plans change. If you are a no show, St. Mary's still has to pay for the meals you reserved. Thank you for helping us be good stewards of our money.
*If you arrive without a reservation, you will be asked to wait until we know there is enough food for those who have made reservations.
*Dinner is serve from 6:00 - 6:30 pm.
*Please watch your children! It can be distracting and dangerous for children to run around the gym and cafeteria. We ask that all parents be aware of where their children are and what the children are doing.
ADULTS - $8.00 CHILDREN (12 YEARS & UNDER) - $4.00
